Treehouse's free store provides youth in foster care with essentials like clothing, shoes, winter coats, and school supplies throughout the year. During the holidays, youth can also access meaningful gifts such as toys, books, and electronics. Nearly all of these items come from community donations. Every gift helps Treehouse ensure young people have the resources, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
Ideas to get you started
Birthday fundraiser
Have birthday guests ask for donations rather than gifts. Encourage others to also set up a fundraising page where every dollar raised goes directly to support Treehouse.
Fitness challenge
You can either plan this fundraiser as a virtual challenge for people to complete on their own time or gather everyone to participate in the challenge together.
Game night
Game nights area great way to support Treehouse. Ask your guests to come in pajamas and bring a new pair to donate!
The Treehouse store is almost exclusively stocked by donations that come from drives and give away over 100,000 items every year. That's over $1 million dollars of merchandise, so every gift collected helps.
